I know it sounds simplistic but making sure you are hydrated, which it means drinking clean (no chlorine, fluoride, hormones, drugs, chemicals, bacteria) water that is available to your cells in the right quantity for your body, most of the time takes care of this challenge that so many of us are dealing with. There are few reasons (stress, blocked arteries etc ) that require more actions than just staying hydrated, but this tip helps tremendously.
