First of all I want to explain a little bit about the why and how the fat gain happens. Like in any imbalance there are more interconnected factors that come in the picture: environmental (toxicity), nutritional, emotional, energetic and mental.

The bottom line is that our layer of fat plays a useful role in our life, either making us feel emotionally safe, or nurtured or helping us being grounded (for people with high vibration) or even keeping us healthier (many toxins are stored in that fat layer and that helps the liver have an easier job).
