Tools:
- Container (ideally glass – like Pyrex casserole big enough for the feet to fit
in, I use plastic though to make sure is not breaking) - 1/8 teaspoon measuring
- Fulvic powder (or liquid)
I use Medium Plastic Storage Bin w/ Handles White from Container store, SKU 10071295, Dimensions: 13-1/16″ x 9-1/2″ x 5-9/16″ h

How to:
- Fill up the bin with hot (as hot as you can handle) water for about 2 inches so it will be room for
your feet in there as well - Set the bin with water in a comfortable place where you can enjoy 20-30 min
- Put 1/8 teaspoon fulvic powder (or 10 drops in case you use liquid) in the water
and let it dissolve a little bit - Put your feet in the bin, ideally the feet will be in the water at least to the ankle
bone - Soak for 20 minutes at the beginning
- When finish wipe feet with a paper towel and even better, rinse with clean water
- Discard the water in a safe place (toilet or outside) away from edible plants or pets
- Ideally the first 2 weeks do a foot soak every day, next 2 weeks every other day
and continue for maintenance twice a week. Personally, I will do it once a day for
a couple months (I have a lot of junk to remove).
