How to do Fulvic Foot soak

Tools:

  1. Container (ideally glass – like Pyrex casserole big enough for the feet to fit
in, I use plastic though to make sure is not breaking)
  2. 1/8 teaspoon measuring
  3. Fulvic acid
    I use Medium Plastic Storage Bin w/ Handles White from Container store, SKU 10071295, Dimensions: 13-1/16″ x 9-1/2″ x 5-9/16″ h

How to:

  1. Fill up the bin with hot (as hot as you can handle) water for about 2 inches so it will be room for
your feet in there as well
  2. Set the bin with water in a comfortable place where you can enjoy 20-30 min
  3. Put 1/8 teaspoon fulvic powder (or 10 drops in case you use liquid) in the water
and let it dissolve a little bit
  4. Put your feet in the bin, ideally the feet will be in the water at least to the ankle
    bone
  5. Soak for 20 minutes at the beginning
  6. When finish wipe feet with a paper towel and even better, rinse with clean water
  7. Discard the water in a safe place (toilet or outside) away from edible plants or pets
  8. Ideally the first 2 weeks do a foot soak every day, next 2 weeks every other day
and continue for maintenance twice a week. Personally, I did it once a day for
a couple months (I have a lot of radioactive material and heavy metals to remove).

This little routine helped me go from being so weak that I couldn’t walk for 5 minutes, to hiking for couple hours in a matter of few months.
