How to prepare for a FootZone?

We always strive to deliver the best experience to our clients. To make sure you receive the most out the session, please:

  • Have the feet has to be dry, with no lotion or oils, clean, for me to read the signals.
  • No watch or cell phone active in the room (airplane mode ok)
  • Certain bracelets can interfere with our body’s energy and it is better to remove them during the session
  • You may want to record the session to capture all the information that comes from reading the signals. Sometimes it may not be easy to remember

How often should one get a session?

Each person varies depending on what the condition of the body is. If you’re healthy and well, it’s recommended once every 4-6 weeks. Acute imbalances can be advised even up to a few times a week.

Could I have any side effects after a Foot Zone?

The short answer is no. Everyone responds differently, depending on what the body needs to rebalance.  Most clients have an immediate positive response, while others experience a brief detoxification reaction such as fatigue. Make sure you hydrate well with clean water after the session and eat healthy foods so plenty of valuable nutrients are available for rebalancing.
